TSG One Stop, a MWBE certified company, was founded in 2000 by two formal professional services consultants from Deloitte and Touche and Siebel Systems.  The founders were engaged on business process reengineering and Customer Relationship Management projects for Fortune 500 clients on the Retail, Medical (Life Sciences), and Financial industries.

After spending a combined ten years delivering these solutions, they experienced the same problems on each project - the need for more money, time, and resources for completion due to the lack of executive sponsorship and training, inexperienced resources, ineffective business logic, and report development as an after-thought.
