TSG One Stop, LLC was founded in 2000 by two former professional services consultants from Deloitte and Touche and Siebel Systems. The founders were engaged on customized software development and Customer Relationship Management projects for Fortune 500 clients in the Retail, Medical (Life Sciences), and Financial industries.
After spending a combined ten years delivering these solutions, they experienced the same problems on each project - the need for more money, time, and resources for project completion due to the lack of technology expertise, failed management of requirements, inability to move through challenging business logic, and developing reports as an after-thought.
